In order to solicit a reaction, the writer could have given a detailed activities prior to the attacks. If the Homowo attendees did not violate anyone's right, then I think people should be allowed in their own land to celebrate their festive occasions as seen in everywhere in Ghana. Having the capital in Accra, shouldn't mean that the Ga people have to sacrifice the practice of their yearly Homowo.
