    I am certain some people will come on Ghanaweb to say the bank was established by Kwame Nkrumah and that Akufo Addo removed Nkrumah from the picture.

    There they go again with their ignorance and illiteracy. How old are you? Bank for Housing and Construction and Agricultural Development Bank were established during the Acheampong regime.

    The first cedi was introduced in 1965, replacing the pound. Not in 1957 !!! After independence we had Ghanaian pounds. Until 1965. Journalist do your job well.
