They mean, they cannot put the logistical arrangements in place and had to rely on emergency deliveries? Match the cost of the emergency deliveries to putting in place a supply chain system. Idiots.

That is awesome news. This is the brainchild of Dr. Bawumia. Drones are used not to carry bombs in Ghana, they are used to deliver medicine to remote hospitals. Dr. Bawumia would do even more as the President of Ghana.
