It is rather sad to see some Ghanaians excited when they come across NPP'S Presidential candidate, Bawumia. It is very strange that some people are hailing the man who is part of the government which has terribly failed Ghanaians. What is the guarantee that the man who appeared on the political scene as an Economist but woefully failed to deliver be a good President of Ghana???
The fact is clear that politically Bawumia is not matured enough to lead Ghana considering our current circumstances as a nation. Bawumia has been trying to change the political narrative in Ghana to religiosity which is unhealthy. No one said anywhere that no Moslem can lead the NPP. The fact is that the NPP for some time was tilted towards Akans more than the other tribes and as a result it was said that no Northerner would be allowed to lead the NPP. A Northerner is not necessarily a Muslim. Mahama is a Northerner but not a Muslim. My appeal to Bawumia is to stop putting a wedge between Muslims and Christians in his quest to be the President of Ghana.

Of course they will mob him. Zongo people are moslems and their Chief Imam has openly endorsed Bawumia to be the president of Ghana. I'm the imams are also urging worshippers in their mosques to vote for Bawumia.
