Thisi is a very doggy character who has been evading direct questions and telling half truth about his people looting lands all over. And then now hiding behind a "ministry" to respond. It is the Minister, NOT the ministry that goes about telling half truth to evade accountability. So, let him, Not the ministry to respond.
