The biggest issue right now with Artificial Intelligence or Generative AI is ethics and data privacy. Are all data researches done in ethical manner where the subjects are not subjected to no harm and how is their privacy and data security protected? That's the issue now. How well will the medical reports from the LLM be communicated to the patients and families to achieve therapeutic and minimize emotional distress? Everyone wants AI as a quick solution but data privacy and ethical issues must be at the forefront.
