The devilish armed robbery group called PNDC converted to NDC made sure all Ghanaian private investors were chased away from the country and their assets ceased only to be sold very cheap by the pndc ndc people to their friends and families . All the factories and companies set up by Kwame Nkrumah were sold out or given freely by these same armed robbers p-ndc to families and friends of the p_ndc members. If you love Ghana and want Ghana to see the light never get close to the ndc . Its a satanic group formed by the devil to enslave Ghanaians through poverty.

Now, who made tax laws in Ghana, and who should enforce them? What are the structures for businessmen to pay their taxes, and even if they evade taxes, what is the right procedure to collect the money back into state coffers?

First of all, you don't arrest them rather, you sit down with them and find way for them to pay what they owed to the state because the business they have are hiring Ghanaians and closing the business is creating more unemployment.

Ghana's huge unemployment was created by JJ due to his foolishness in closing business without knowing what he was doing.

When JJ forced Ghanaians to pay the 5O cedi notes into PNDC accounts number 48, did he account to you as to how much was paid into that account? As we speak, nobody knows how much was paid into that account, and those who were signatories to that account so, what JJ up to?

If indeed Boakye Mattress had evaded taxes, would he have come down to clear his name when Kuffuor started the Truth and Reconciliation Forum? Many were unjustly accused and had to stay in exile because they would have been arrested and jailed by the military kangaroo court if they had returned home. Ghana was very hot in those days. Lots of terror reigned with market women whipped openly in the streets and their goods seized, just because they were perceived as corrupt. Not all of them practiced kalabule by the way. Many innocent people suffered for nothing.
