  It’s rather unfortunate that the efforts of some Ghanaians have been rather limited or useless. Just imagine the problems of these tailors and dressmakers in Ghana where foreign used clothing are so high in demand. Who are they going to blame for a low patronage of their efforts? Our governments are just useless.
