I am very sure Dr Opoku Ware Ampomah is blocking avenue and preventing them from stealing and embezzling funds from the hospital. I know the fear of GOD in this man and he will always do the right thing.
Yes trying to close avenues for stealing does not mean work should not progress.
That's exactly what he has been doing, preventing them from stealing. Its a shame, how ppl prefer the corrupt from the proper. Let's see what this new 1 will do..."nothing" the flood gates are now open for the thieves.
