Do you call this a peaceful demonstration? Peaceful demonstration indeed. I'm not in support of the action of Ghana Police. However how can a handful of people block an entire road depriving a chunk of people who have nothing to do with the demonstration access. I wonder when some people got home yesterday. I saw a video that demonstrators have taken the law in their hands blocking roads and you call this peaceful? These are some of the reason that our demonstrations fail. Demonstration organisers must educate their people whenever they are demonstrating. The police have a job to do and if you play the fool wo be da mu. In any case where are the children of our leaders. They're chilling in aburokyire. Even if you stay in cells for 1 day you will behave next time. Ofui.

Demonstrators have right to demonstrate but that right also imposes a duty to comply with police guidelines. If they refuse then the police has a duty and right to use force to straighten the demonstrators
