He was creative in an extremely selfish way by building the road to Peduase/Aburi because he built a house there which is now his retirement home. He wanted to drive on a good road to and from home. He never built the road because he thought the people of Aburi should have a good road but because he knew he will need a good road to get home. This is how selfish he was as a leader. He never used his creativity to accomplish anything substantial for the people of Ghana during his 8 years in office. Hopeless man.
