Don't know how you can prosecute ghost if you don't know its existence. Please find the meaning of ghost first. You think think it's easy like that especially in Ghana where some people don't even have bank accounts and payments are given in cheques and cash? Even in developed countries its hard to trace fraudsters. Come to UK and see how much money is stolen from people uncaught with all the security systems in place and stuff. Appreciate something that will move Ghana forward and stop wearing one party glasses condemning something which is good just like Mahama said in politics you have to lie and even if you know the truth you still lies. Mahama political career would have been over with his abysmal performance as president and wouldn't even have finished his 4yrs term before his own party people force him to resign. That's how all the developed countries do politics. If you not performing your own party members and leaders will take you our of power and criticise you for failing. Boris Johnson was taken out of power by his own party members forcing him to resign.

Find the meaning of ghost and see how you can prosecute ghost. You think it's easy to trace fraudsters in a country some people receive cash payments and cheques. Even in developed countries where everyone has bank account, its had to catch fraudsters and come to UK and see how people lose money through fraudsters without being caught with all the security systems in place. Educate yourselves and be free from stupid arguments. Lack of knowledge my people suffers so can take information, weigh it up and make good decisions and choices rather than wearing a particular party colours and failing to see something good f[r your country. Even first time, Mahama have admitted npp DRIP implementation is good policy. Join good things to move Ghana forward not like Mahama who says in politics you have to lie even if you know there's truth. People like you is why Ghana is retrogressing.
