I have asked myself a similar question because these people at the FA have not shown good faith at all over the years in terms of accounting properly for the funds given to them.
It is time we find new ways in doing these.

I really don't trust this statement from the Minister.
It appears when it comes to sports, the ministry always try to play with the intelligence of Ghanaian citizens. I feel so sad that people who knows the right things to do for the development of such a potentially viable sector as sports rather choose to do the wrong things just for their parochial interest. This is sad indeed.

A hotel? Not a state of the state hostel facility to be maintained by the center. Who pays the hotel staff and it's high standard maintenance.

Is the hotel being built with the intention of opening up services to the general public to generate funds for the State?
Was parliamentary approval and competitive tender given for the construction works?
$2.8 million dollars eiiii Ghana. Is this amount not too much for a hotel alone?
The ministry alone cannot be monitoring the use of the money. The public needs to a aware on how every single cent is spent on this project. A bill of quantity and a full budget should be made available for public scrutiny.
We don't want to see any haircuts to this amount of money. We have see enough projects that have not seen the light of day.
A lot of questions are begging for answers from the submission of the Minister.
