  Appiah, this is why the team has a captain, vice- captain and team manager who can help with the integration of the foreign born players. I do not want to use Nigeria as an example but their foreign born players easily adapt to their national team. The divisiveness in our culture is the problem among our players.

  This is not so much the reason. Ghana is not the only country that have foreign born players . Senegal , Cameroon, Ivory Coast Mali, even Nigeria all have foreign born players who perform reall well for them . The problem is that currently our team is poor . The team has no backbone of of really strong domestic raised players . If the team is already in good shape then any additional quality you add from the diaspora only adds extra quality to it . But we’re already in good shape adding players that were raised outside only adult to the lack in cohesion or chemistry
