Statements like this show that Free SHS will certainly be cancelled, in the unlikely event that John Mahama wins this year’s election. Gleanings from such statements indicate that they will replace the absolute and holistic Free SHS with some sort of poorly subsidised education and scholarships by a dubious means testing system.
