In spite of the fact that Ghana Police had a court injunction to stop the demonstrators from going ahead with their action, they were very patient with them. They blocked the road and stopped traffic from flowing, pelted police officers with stones, and misbehaved towards passers by. Vomawor even removed the ignition keys from a police vehicle and threw it away. In which country in this world can such acts of vandalism be tolerated. The police officers who handled the protestors were even praised by CSOs and other citizens. How did this case of the fight against galamsey become the sole responsibility of NDC. Were they not the same NDC party leader and executives who were going around illegal mining pits promising the people that they would authorize them to continue their work if NDC won the elections? John Mahama recently promised to release prisoners convicted for illegal mining activities. Where were the children of John Mahama, Jane Opoku Agyeman, Mosquito, Fifi Kwetey, and the rest of the leaders of the party during the protests? Let the law deal with those who break the rules. They are on remand, and i pray that they will be tenants of the prisons after the full trial.

Is she not sensible to know that when protesters block the entrance to a major health facility like 37 Military Hospital, it is an act by barbarians and that they deserve what they called for.
So if she should become the Veep of Ghana, is this the legacy she would leave this country?
