  ALL NDC IS DOING IS LOOKING FOR AN OPPORTUNITY TO HACK INTO THE EC SYSTEMS AND MANIPULATE ELECTIONS RESULTS. IN 2012 ELECTION RESULTS FROM THE POLLING STATIONS WERE ROUTED THROUGH A PRIVATE MONITORING UNIT BEFORE REACHING THE EC. AFARI GYAN DID NOT COMPLAIN. ALL HE SAID WAS IF THE PARTIES DON'T MONITOR THE ELECTIONS WELL AS FOR HIM HE WILL ANNOUNCE WHATEVER FIGURES ARE PLACED BEFORE HIM. HE REPUDIATED HIS RESPONSIBILITY OF ENSURING THE ELECTIONS WERE FAIR AND THE RESULTS REPRESENTED THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE
