Most of the community day schools were located far from the people. Too many examples. The concept was ok but its actualization was completely defeated by the problem of location and this made most of them unfit for purpose. The only way to actualize the concept was for the new government to add dormitories to the completed ones to turn them into boarding schools. As usual the politicians will conveniently fail to tell the truth
