  foolish gh leaders confused from head to toe because they continue to put their faith in religion. you spent money to build these n later spend money to destroy are you stupid? they dont know their left n right. even western countries have tolls. every regional entrance n exit must have a toll booth. who will invest in highways in each region? tolls can rehab n maintain roads n highays in each region but because of stealing....n corruption neggas cant live in luxury
