Your people started agitating for their own region when you were vice president.You couldn't help them.You became the president but still couldn't.Now someone has taken the bold decision to create the region and you are talking of upgrading.What stopped you from creating the regions and providing them with the needed infrastructure; Mr review? Sir your could not create region during your over 8 years in government even though your part of the world needed much needed uplightment in insfrastructure. Given that development is concentrated in provincial centers in Ghana, this is an area you woefully failed northern Ghana to say the least. Even the autonomization of University campuses was shelved during your time which partly explained why you lost the presidency. If I were you advisors, I will tell you to keep quiet not go this this area. I desperately want you to come to power but cring any time I hear you talk about local government and development. The NPP did better in this area and not actually capitalizing it in this compaign. So please keep quiet about your plans to upgrade Regions you never ponder creating.
