For the organisers of this so-called Islamic Finance conference, I remember for a while now since around 2010, on Metro TV etc, with Amin Lamptey then, Prof Naail Mohammed Kamil from the KNUST, an academician and renowned Islamic Finance professional both home and abroad, you guys can leave him aside and be inviting people from home and abroad who are no more qualified than him to speak on this topic. As Muslims you undermine your own and do not show respect to his scholarship, what then guarantees that you guys are actually sincere in the first place? This kind of envy or jealously against Muslim Scholars of our own that we are proud of must seize. I have been following his Islamic Finance programs with Prof Gatsi at KNUST and with Mustafa Hameed at UPSA, I also followed him in prayer at the Police mosque and attended numerous of his lectures herein other platforms etc, such a humble personality but you guys are jealous. Sit up with your board and learn to respect your own. That will shine up you guys’ light as well.

I think Prof. Naail should be recognized and invited for subsequent intellectual discourses on this subject going forward. Kudos to the organizers.
