  Thermal Generation is not VRA so I believe it can be decoupled just as was done for Gridco which used to be Transmission department of VRA.

  Thermal Generation is not VRA so I believe it can be decoupled just as was done for Gridco which used to be Transmission department of VRA.
  So Thermal Generation department of VRA could become Thermal Generation company using same staff setting.
  VRA and Bui Hydro power Generation is similar to VRA in operations.

  This is the same thing the Government did to Goldfields and took over the management. I don't see any reason VRA should be merged as transmission agency to a power generation agency.
