Non MP ministers can't take the 10% you claim? Let's be serious in this country
As a lawyer, Martin Kpebu should have known better because it's constitutional provision to at least appoint 50% of ministers from Parliament. He knows where to initiate this change.
I totally agree with Lawyer Martin on this one. Not only should MP's not appointed as minister, they should also not be appointed to boards of state institutions. This will enable them to do their oversight work properly.
