We burn oil to get power. BBC hints that the Netherlands have thousands of Wind Turbines. Ghanaian politicians have seen it with their own eyes, but they hint it. Wind is blowing day and night along the coast. The sun is shining for some hours time, and produced power must be stored for evening time. However the fellow people have a problem to take three meals daily and they have to compromise the quality of water. How can they buy solar panels?
