  Yes it started in 2010. What was the current president promise of galamsey before coming to power? He will put his presidency on it. A lot of promises given by this current government without fulfilling them and now is the right time for Ghanaians to strike. I have seen a galamsey site in Ashanti Region protected by soldiers. Who sent those soldiers there to protect them? Was it Mahama who is in opposition?

Arresting the small small boys in the Galamsay pits and leaving the owners of the excavators being used at the Galamsay sites and the employee instead of the employers themselves is a mere hypocrisy. Does our constitution allow a political party to use our state resources to fund a party like npp is doing. People will stand accountability one day ie prosecution. Npp never again the galamseyers.
