  No wonder --this is what happens when square pegs are put in round hole.
  this MINISTER Duker needs to have his head examined. -His stupid comment has no merit- and the logic of unemployment is poor. Is small scale mining the only JOB available in the area --? what happen to farming -poultry , animal -farming --horticulture --rubber plantation etc.
  Is this minister aware of the devastation of the environment--Agricultural land and Water Bodies ?----A sensible person in his position will prudently support an interim BAN on any Small-Scale Mining for a foreseeable Period to allow for a return to a healthy stable unpolluted water bodies and a plush vegetation--[forest]
  Until a safer and a refined method of winning gold is found--without the attendant degradation of the forest and pollution of the Water bodies. The gold can remain untouched underground --Any JOB that has a negative effect on Society at large in fact is a criminal activity. Will DUCKER say Drug Narcotic Trafficking is a job,? --on the Farmlands-- Is the man not aware of the vast destructive scenes-- on the farmlands and the rivers-?--This man must be called to order --if he does not know that WATER is priceless and not gold ----If GALAMSEY kills --why not BAN it ---LIFE -- LIFE is what is important and not the gold '

How can the President give you the responsibility of a deputy minister---Just because you in charge of Lands and Mineral Resources---YOUR greed for GOLD has blocked your sense of judgement--where were you born --sir --where were you educated --who were your parents --why should Nana ADDO EVEN GIVE YOU such a RESPONSIBILITY ?--Is THE PRESIDENT having senior moments --Mr. Duker you surely are an embarrassment to the NPP AND THE COUNTRY .
