  If you don't develop rural areas, what do you expect? A master plan was designed for Northern Ghana. This current useless, tribalism, animalistic, corrupt family and friends government, kept is aside abs started stealING money that could transform the cities and also develop rural communities. Everyone had a right to move and stay anywhere, once you are Ghanaian. Those in the village shall continue to move to the cities with its problems. Na who cause am?
