This is another election gimmick. NPP is using every trick under the sun to enhance their chances of winning the election. First District equipment for roads, recruitment and there would be more to come. Ghanaians need to shine their eyes. NPP is treating Ghanaians like kids to win the election. NDC wake up and campaign. Don't count on the mismanagement of the country alone as a means to win this election. Ghanaians easily forget our woes.
