What Organized Labour are seeking to do is a regime change at the behest of their NDC paymasters.

Galamsey gained strong footholds and entrenchment during NDC regimes. Like the.provrbial snoma konekone, they would go upstream to muddy the waters, and come downstream to wonder aloud who had been muddying the water.

It's highly plausible, the NDC’s internal polling indicates they are going to lose the elections, unless they can find a way to stir mass disaffection for the NPP government, hence, their attempt to bait and goad the government to launch a frontal attack on galamseyers two months to an election. 5 million people directly and indirectly depend and benefit from galamsey. These same people have votes. The dumbest thing to do is to anger that base to vote against you, whilst the NDC goes behind you to promise them that they would be given the freedom to do business as usual. What difference can it make two months into an election?

Whilst making the ugly noises, the NDC has tuned down on their hollow 24-Hr economy mantra, which is nothing more than a hopeless attempt to call Bawumia’s sound and thought-out digitalization policies by another name, akin to calling a chicken a fowl.

Taming and tamping down the entrenched and harmful galamsey calls for a comprehensive strategic initiatives and not a knee-jerk reaction. NDCfuo tricks no, ato nsuo mu. The hapless and clueless NDC political party and their hirelings must go and sit their sorry asses somewhere. Muff there!
