  ,the basic polling station results are available to all parties. I think the E C must also make available the constituency results to all parties and that's enough.

  Transparency is the key. Last election results were declared via video recording. In mid morning, we were greeted with "good evening" because the results showed things were not going well, so by takashi, a victory for NPP was recorded when results were still coming. That was the reason the correct figures of the polls are still not known.
  If that will not happen, there will be peace. Secondly, the Collation Centre is for collation of results, not for recounting. If somebody loses after collation, and he challenges, re calculate the figures coming from the polling stations, not to open any ballot box that you are going to recount ballot papers as it happened somewhere when they had to recount for five times before the NPP candidate was declared winner. That is NOT transparency
