A president who can say there's no meat left on the bones, 4yrs dumsor, one time premium, SADA, nurses allowance. In Europe his political career would have been over but he knows illiterates are more I Ghana so can play on their intelligence. A president who says he's dead goat, won't listen to anyone. Only Ghana will give him another chance. Boris Johnson in UK didn't follow his own rules of locking the country down, his own party members forced him to resign and his political career is over but Ghana a president can talk anyhow and still come back because he thinks most Ghanaians can be bought calling them to have short memories and the rest.
