How can a bankrupt country like Ghana which has defaulted on all of its loans and can't pay its creditors until 2035 get a positive rating from Moody's?

The NDC will never accept any positive thing mentioned about Ghana while the NPP is in power. Ghanaians ought to give Dr. Bawumia the chance, he understands the economy of Ghana more than Mahama, besides Mahama is corrupt.
My grandmother in the village cannot understand all this propaganda. What needs is that it should reflect on her expenditure and her pocket. Prices of goods and services have not changed as sch this ratings is meaningless.
