The man is clearly in the wrong, but it seems he didn’t want to wait until his daughter brought an unwanted pregnancy and shame to the family. This case should be investigated and resolved by DOVSSU, not the police.
It warms my heart that the police have arrested the man. Shame to see so many comments from young Ghanaian men who think a father hitting a 20 year old is a good discipline.
