Read the clauses again and digest it properly. The clause is referring to the existing seat which should be vacated and not a future seat that is yet to be contested. Where did you attend school, Afghanistan? Sorry for you.
OK. So can a political party file two people to contest for one parliamentary seat?
In case of the second deputy, can a non card bearing member contest as an MP on a political party ticket? Educate yourself small.
