Students threaten to beat up teachers; teachers are having sex with students in exchange for better grades. Our country is deteriorating socially because we mimic everything the West does.

I agree with the comment above that parents should be held liable for certain deeds of their children as is being done in this case.

Also to all the ignorant and jealous filled sharp mouths already pronouncing sentence on the under age driver...let's also reckon accidents happen to even the most experienced and overaged drivers. The equipment involved as people may think of as a Jaguar is technically a tata designed in Coventry... the 2 liter diesels are notorious for TPS issues and ECM jamming... if the car still has warranty which I guess not...the accused parents should drag in the manufacturer JRL...which as usual no one in that country will do but rain insults and cast judgement on the poor accused out of their own poor teenage upbringing and failed financial situation of their parents to even afford cars...no one asked your dad to be poor and every driver can make mistakes... looking close at the CCTV no one can tell me the young lad intended to approach the junction at 89mph... systems fail on these modern equipment especially when cruise control takes over the TPS and in such cases your age at the wheel and number of years driving wont count...PS I am not a member of the Pastors church or family.... I just hate non logical thinkers and poor people

Maybe I shouldn't be judgmental as he/she may not be aware of the father's bragadoccious outbursts, namely, that no law enforcement dare to stop him whether overspeeding or driving without a license. He even said, "Who born you by mistake," to question the law enforcer.

Apparently, the son knew it was okay doing as his father had been doing. There are news reports of this 16-year-old driving recklessly in the neighborhood. The parents only care this time because their son has killed 2 people.

I don't wish this on the commenter above, but I'm curious what he/she would do if the dead kids were his/hers and he/she knew there was history of the boy driving dangerously like the father.

The father is on record saying, literally, that he is too big to be stopped by a law enforcer whether he's overspeeding or driving without a license. Per news reportage, the son has a history of driving recklessly in the neighborhood. The car belongs to the parents, and they knew their son was driving their car (recklessly) without a license. The parents need to be held accountable.
