  HON Bagbins decision was based on procrastination. In HON Oquaye's case, the NPP wrote to parliament that they had parted ways with the FOMENA MP.
  Imagine, Haruna being expelled from parliament because he will die one day or he's showing signs of death. Is he dead now!!!

  Going to the Supreme Court for interpretation of provisions in the constitution can hardly be described as ‘lawlessness’. Ghana belongs to all Ghanaians and we all have equal rights before the law.

  Instead of these minority lawyers in Parliament hitting the streets to help the citizens to fight the election battle, they'll rather sit in Parliament and scheme in triviality and waste their time arguing over something diverts attention from the ills facing the nation. For the next six weeks, this is all the NDC and the NPP will be harping on, instead of focusing on real issues facing the nation. Get your asses out in the streets and campaign for your party instead of wasting time on a meaningless power tussle.
