BAGBIN SHOULD’VE BEEN ARRESTED FOR MAKING THAT MOVE!

Who told you that? This is not a case that was passed by the simple majority . It was Alan Osman Bagbin the child molester Speaker of Ghana’s parliament who made that unilateral decision to usurp power over the majority in parliament. Think about it this way, under the normal circumstances there should’ve been a vote on that decision, right but why did the NDC minority bypassed the normal parliamentary process and appealed to the Speaker to Unilaterally declare the seats vacant? They knew that if they go by the standard parliamentary procedure their coup d’ Etat would be futile so decided to applied that back door process to usurp power over the majority. If there was a head count why would the minority prevail? That’s the one of the reasons why their move was thwarted by the Apex Court.

Clarence Thomas will never entertain a suit from the Republican Party when the event has not even taken place. That is one truth people like you cannot see even if it is used to slap you.

You should listen to Kavanaghs legal principles. He delivers his judgement in very succinct and erudite ways and no one till today has been able to criticise his legal reasoning. He is Conservative as it comes but even the CNN's of this world up till now have not been able to lay a glove on him. These people have integrity okay.

“This is not a case that was passed by the simple majority . It was Alan Osman Bagbin the child molester Speaker of Ghana’s parliament who made that unilateral decision to usurp power over the majority in parliament. Think about it this way, under the normal circumstances there should’ve been a vote on that decision, but why did the NDC minority bypassed the normal parliamentary process and appealed to the Speaker to Unilaterally declare the seats vacant? They knew that if they go by the standard parliamentary procedure their coup d’ Etat would be futile so decided to applied that back door process to usurp power over the majority. If there was a head count why would the minority prevail? That’s the one of the reasons why their move was thwarted by the Apex Court”.
