Whatever happens in Parliament until the Court provides an interpretation of Article 97 is irrelevant. The majority of the population of Ghana know the party that is seeking their mandate to be the government of the country. A party of irrational people who are averse to law and order.

The matter is before the Supreme Court clothed with the authority to interprete the Constitution. As a Togolese you are probably unaware of this.
