  NOTHING WORKS IN GHANA UNDER NPP RULE BECAUSE BANKRUPT HOPELESS GHANA'S LEADERS ARE ONLY PREOCCUPIED WITH CREATE LOOT, SHARE SCHEMES, AND MONEY-LAUNDERING THE PROCEEDS STRAIGHT INTO THEIR PERSONAL FOREIGN BANK ACCOUTS AND OTHER PERSONAL ACCOUNTS IN THEIR BEDROOMS.
