As a result, many lives were lost and many people went through long periods untold suffering. The most annoying aspect of all this is that, those responsible still cannot and do not feel any remorse for their misconduct.

But why was Tsatsu Tsikata afraid of death? Is he telling myself and other Ghanaians that almost all the people he sent into the gallows and the penitentiary in the lieu of presiding over that Fast Track Kangaroo People’s Tribunal Court under the AFRC/ PNDC regime were given fair trials?

I understand his reasons for thanking God that he is still alive and enjoying his akple and red fish doused with palm oil and okra soup—simply because others lost their lives and many were speedily incarcerated under his mantle of Injustices for committing lesser offenses. He should be grateful to Kuffour who also came out with the idea of the Peace and Reconciliation Commission that ostensibly helped heal the wounds and gave closure to some of those who were affected by the AFRC/PNDC atrocities.

If I were I Tsutsu I would be careful in reminiscent of some of these events , in other words not to aggravate some past wounds or act as if he’s willfully stepping on the toes of those who lost their love ones in that era of infamy.

Tsatsu’s response was on 6th Jan 2009 that’s a day for kuffour to leave office for his party the NDc to come . Ghana and our courts we know. Ndc came to power and he appealed and won. It’s normal if you really know What’s On. We have given this man soo much glory as if smh people even call him the law meanwhile he lost a case recently. Peter Amewu is still the MP for hohoe. He was a lawyer in that case. He lost 2020 court case again. He lost his own case when he was been prosecuted. Let’s also give some credit to some big goys who also have done well with the law.

The Act Causing Financial Lost to the State was not an act when Tsatsu Tsikata had the agreement with Valley Farms.
The whole charge and committal was an abuse of the judicial process and the right of Tsatsu Tsikata.
