It is so difficult to get internship even in the Government institution .everything is protocol and Napo is only concerned about Ghanaian students in US because about 80% of them are the wards of his party favorites. No wander the Dollar rate will never come down because we have not train our students well to
br able to be more innovative in terms of hands on training in all fields and we have to import everything from china. Shame on our short sighted leaders.

Any student looking for internship with companies can easily apply for them. This minister cannot demand that companies give internships to Ghanaian students, because that isn't how it works. If Ghanaian students aren't taken advantage of these internship opportunities they have themselves to blame. Secondly, student visa holders can only work no more than 20 hours per week off campus. Companies will have to take that into consideration before giving internships to foreign students.

Creating opportunities for Politicians children and neglecting and not concern about the majority back home. what policy has he initiated to help students back home easily get internship-see how majority STEM students/ undergrads are siting home during their long vacations and after their courses of study with no hope or opportunity of getting hands on training or internship. How can we compete in this technological age.

You are not the one to tell US what to do to Ghanaian students in their country. Even while the students are studying they give them jobs. So stop wasting your time. Good to say that NPP has created the environment for investments. My question is, why don't you and your government invest the huge sums of monies you have borrowed into those areas you mentioned to also give Ghanaian students studying in Ghana internships? Why don't you encourage Ghanaian business men to invest in these areas to make the profit you said for Ghana. Stop selling our national resources to foreign people and build local businesses capable of taking Ghana to the world of industrial revolution. It is good to invite foreign investors but it is the best to give local the opportunity in open fairness.
