The saying goes that fish rots from the head down. The father is on video claiming to lambaste law enforcement who dare to stop him for overspeeding or driving without a license. His response to them is "who born you by mistake."

Apparently, the child learned from his father, if not from both parents. Their 16-year-old son drove without a license at 150 km/hr. on a street with speed limit of 20 km/hr. Yep, he was following the dad's way of thinking.

May the parents as well as the child pay severely for this crime.
