Again the move out of their respective parties are going to be in 2025 parliament so I don't see why that declaration and the controversy.

This current foolish order is contemptuous of Parliament under article 122 of the Constitution. A lot of lawyers in Ghana have to go back to school. Those toilet papers can issue such orders to an individual or others small institution without Balls but not Parliament

When the SC finally makes the declaration, we shall respect it. I have asked my men to remain in the minority seat. After all those 4 MPs do not have a voting right untill SC makes a determination.
