    I agree.
    Are we now going to have the courts tell parliament what cases to table and how it ought to operate especially when this very event has happened before in parliament

    Liar, have you forgotten the supreme Court has the mandate to interpret the laws made by Parliament and can even rewrite the laws by adding or taking away some aspects if there are contradictions? I don't know where you got y ...

    Parliament and Speaker rather has no final authority to interprete the constitution. Only the Supreme Court can, and that authority can not be usurp if the interpretation is contested at the Supreme Court.
