He Afenya is trying to imply that ACCORDING TO what the Speaker told them in the CLOSE meeting, EVEN the Speaker was ACKNOWLEDGING THE FACT THAT THEY THE NPP ARE BACK TO BEING THE MAJORITY.
Well, the Speaker, if that was WHAT he meant, could have saved them the ensuing trouble by telling Ato Forson to tell his side to go back to the MINORITY SIDE.
