That does NOT make him a member of the NPP. He still remained as an INDEPENDENT member. There is/was no written document between the independent member and the NPP which was known by Parliament or the EC. In the books of the EC, the Fomena MP is an INDEPENDENT member of parliament.

Why are we here discussion this? Right now, look at the posture of NDC parliamentarians in the august house. They are behaving like primary three school children who have assembled on a parade ground and are being dismissed to their various classrooms, and do you blame them, hell not rather blame NPP with their "It is me or no one else attitude".

The debate is hovering around the Speaker but to me, I blame NPP members who opted to go independent paving the way for the speaker to invoke some clauses he has no idea.
