It is the only parliament that gave true meaning to the separation of powers as envisioned by the framers of the constitution. Executive presidents of both the NDC and NPP used their numerical parliamentary strengths to make parliament either useless or an extension of the Executive. This is lost on an elderly person like you? It is a pity.

So far u have spoken plenty and said nothing, and just focusing on trieval issue of matching in parliament. Yet u say u are intelligent.
What we expect intellectuals to do, is to contribute to the debate on the substaintive issue of vaccant seats in parliament so that ordinary citizens may learn from the intellectuals on that discourse. How can we use our intellectual arguments to arrive at an amicable resolution?? That should be the focus now , and not a Prof. Like u speaking chuff and biase.
