  Gas is flared on the drilling rig and that's why LPG gas is expensive. Foreign oil companies doesn't care about gas.

  Please, address the unreasonable high cost of LPG first. Just talking alone will not solve the problem. Approximately 7 out 10 Ghanaians cannot afford LPG.
