If I understood him correctly, he meant to say that interpretation of the law must reflect the will, hopes and aspirations of Ghanaians and not the judges. Ordinary people told the drafters of the constitution what they wanted included in the document. Judges have captured the constitution and claimed it as their own when they simply have to express it the way Ghanaians want.

What do you expect when people who did not want to be part of the preparation of the constitution have captured the state together with the constitution and the right to interpret what is in it. They now understand the constitution more than the hairdressers and butchers who put it together and interpret it according to their whims and caprices. What is right on a sunny day could be wrong on a rainy day. You can't comment if you are not a lawyer
