  Under Mahama workers were not paid. Customers could not get their monies from their banks. The IMF warned Mahama not hire any worker. Not give salary or wage increment to any worker in Ghana.
  
  Now, under Nana and NPP, workers are paid. Government workers have had 25% salary and wage increment. Customers can easily withdraw their monies from their banks.
  
  So, which government did better?

  Remember that the Northern regions had free educations before the South so, who is using who as a cheap labor? Whatever is going on in the "Northerner regions" should be blamed on themselves than blaming the entire country. How many of them troop to the south to engage in "kayaye" business, and how many Ghanaians from the south go up there to do same work? So, what are you talking about?
